Our breath, our bodies, our butts. And mostly, our comfort zone. It’s not just about yoga, pilates or transcendent breathing (although sign us up). It’s about our mental, spiritual and physical health, and connection to the land. You might call it holistic wellbeing. Māori call it Te Whare Tapa Whā.
