- Delivery timeframes:
- North Island: Cities & Towns 1-2 days, Rural 1-4 days
- South Island: Cities & Towns 2-3 days, Rural 2-5 days
- Can I use a PO Box as my address for delivery?
You can use a physical delivery address or PO Box number for all deliveries in New
Zealand. You will receive an email notification once the goods have been dispatched,
allowing you to track and trace your order. Please note that the risk of any loss or
damage to the products will transfer to you upon delivery.
- How long will it take to get my order?
The delivery time for orders ranges from 1 to 5 days, depending on where you live
and the date of purchase.
We currently don’t have service out of Raglan on the weekend so orders placed
Friday will take longer.
Please check your tracking information and allow up to five days before contacting
us regarding your order. Deliveries to rural areas typically take an extra day.
- How do you ship the yoga mats?
Our mats are shipped in recyclable cardboard boxes and include a free yoga strap.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be thrilled with every purchase. If your item is defective, damaged,
or just plain wrong, give us a shout right away! We’ll take a look at the issue and sort
it out. After all, we want you to receive a product that’s perfect for you.
To apply for an exchange or refund, please email hello@wildcoastcollective.co.nz
within 7 days of receiving your order. Products must be returned and receipted at
Wild Coast Collective within 14 days of receiving your order.
Product must be in original condition, unused, unsoiled, and in original packaging.
Don’t worry about return postage if we messed up or the product is defective—we’ll
take care of that for you. However, we can’t cover shipping costs for returns unless
it’s our fault.
You’ll need to pay for postage when sending product other than defective ones back
to Wild Coast Collective, so it’s a good idea to use a tracked service to make sure
your return gets to us without any issues. If the item gets lost on the way, we won’t
be able to offer a refund or exchange. Make sure you keep an eye on the tracking
until we confirm we’ve received it!
Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card or Afterpay account that was
used during the original transaction. Refunds are processed as soon as the returns
have been received. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the
cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Heads up! Unfortunately, we can’t do exchanges or refunds on items that are on sale
or discounted.
